Summary
Free Standard shipping is available within the United States, with no minimum. Processing takes 1-2 business days; carrier transit is estimated at 2-4 business days, for an estimated 3-6 business days total.
Shipping policy
Akerax ships only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, to United States territories or freely associated states, or to military mail addresses such as APO, FPO, or DPO. Standard shipping is free with no order minimum. Checkout confirms whether the entered address can be served; addresses outside the stated area or unsupported by the available carrier cannot be accepted.
Processing and transit
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, carrier transit is generally 2-4 business days. Estimated total delivery is 3-6 business days from order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude United States federal holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier or weather events may affect transit.
Tracking and delivery delays
When tracking is available, the shipment confirmation email provides a carrier tracking link. Carrier scans may take time to appear. If we learn that an order will be delayed beyond the stated estimate, we will notify you with the revised expected date. If the affected order has not shipped, you may accept the revised date or cancel the affected unshipped order for a prompt refund. Once it has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible; see the Refund Policy for return options. Contact support@akerax.com with your order number if the shipment is late or the tracking link does not work.
Address limitations
We ship only to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to United States territories or freely associated states, or to military mail addresses such as APO, FPO, or DPO. P.O. Box delivery is available only when the specific address is accepted at checkout; checkout acceptance does not expand our stated destination area. We do not represent that every carrier can deliver to every address within a state.
