Change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all included accessories and components. Contact us first with your order number and item details. Wait for our return authorization and the correct return instructions; the mailing address shown on this site is not a return address.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, different from what you ordered, missing components, or materially inconsistent with its listing, contact us promptly with your order number and a description. Include photographs when useful and available. We will review the issue and explain the applicable resolution. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Return shipping and exchanges
For an eligible approved return, Akerax pays the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. We do not charge a restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges; contact us about a return and place a separate order if you need a different item.
Refund timing
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
If an order has not shipped and a cancellation is approved, the refund is initiated promptly to the original payment method; the returned-item inspection period does not apply to an unshipped cancellation. Contact us promptly because a cancellation may not be possible after dispatch.
