One-time purchases
All products in this store are offered as one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring automatic renewals.
Available methods, currency, and total
Payment methods may vary by order, location, and device; the methods presented in checkout are the methods available for that transaction. Do not rely on logos or a general list as confirmation that a method is available to every customer. Prices are shown in United States dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, including free Standard shipping where available, appear in the checkout total before you submit the order.
Authorization, capture, and pending holds
When you submit an order, your bank or payment provider may authorize the payment amount and place a pending hold. An authorization is not always a completed charge. The charge is processed through the method shown at checkout, subject to the provider's processing and settlement. If an authorization expires or a payment is declined, the provider controls when any temporary hold is released.
Duplicate or disputed payments
If you see a duplicate charge or have a payment dispute, first compare the transaction with your order confirmation and contact support@akerax.com with the order number and transaction date. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or verification codes. Contact your issuer or provider as well when appropriate. We review reported duplicate transactions and correct confirmed errors.
Security and fraud review
Checkout and payment processing are supplied by Shopify and the payment provider displayed for your order. Providers may use security and fraud-prevention checks and may decline or request verification for a transaction. Akerax will not request full card credentials, account passwords, or one-time security codes by email or telephone. Do not send payment to an individual, personal account, cryptocurrency wallet, or off-site transfer address in response to an unsolicited message claiming to be Akerax.
Refunds and seller relationship
Akerax is the retailer and seller for orders placed through this store. Shopify provides the commerce platform and is not the seller of the products. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receipt and inspection of a returned item; banks and providers may need additional time to post the credit.
